Prices shown are typical ranges for Northwest Arkansas, not quotes. Every job is priced after an elevation survey and evaluation, in writing, before work begins. Pier depth and void volume are priced with a stated assumption and a stated rate, because neither can be known before the work finds them.
No guarantee of outcome
Foundation performance depends on soil conditions, moisture management, and factors outside any contractor’s control. We warrant our workmanship as stated in each written scope. We do not warrant that a structure will remain free of movement where moisture sources outside our scope persist.
Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by Arkansas law, our liability is limited to the amount paid for the services provided.
